Who We Are

BDA was founded by Will Birch & David Dinneen, specialising in building services design and sustainability. With over 35 years collective experience predominately working at the contracting end of design & building construction.

We are well placed to undertake design projects to a high level incorporating our expertise of MEP plant, equipment, suppliers & specialist contractors.  We have knowledge of the issues which are likely to arise at the further stages 5 & 6 and able to capture the required detail, so nothing gets overlooked.

BDA have a wealth of experience in tendering construction projects offering the most cost effective design & maximising efficiencies.  Our bespoke business model offers M&E cost consultancy either as a combined or separate solution depending on our client’s requirements.
